3️⃣ First Invoice

You’ll receive your first invoice right away, so services can begin. Everything is digital, simple, and secure.

4️⃣ QuickBooks Access

We guide you through granting us access to your QuickBooks Online account (or setting it up if you don’t have one yet).

5️⃣ Kickoff & Monthly Reports

Once setup is complete, we officially start! Each month, we categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and send you clear reports (Profit & Loss + Balance Sheet). You’ll always know exactly where your business stands, with the option for quarterly review calls.
